Professional Year Program Accounting

The SMIPA accounting programs extend for 44 weeks.

Face to Face Classes: It includes seven four week long subjects. It intends to deliver necessary knowledge and training that is coherent for executing great accounting roles in Australia workstations.

Accounting Professional Work Integrated Learning Placement (Internship): It covers a twelve week professional internship in accounting where students learn to put their learning into practice. They master the communication skills and develop peer-to-peer professional relationship. The internship is conducted by specialized training division. Students get extensive accounting experience catering to their career goals.

Practical Applications: The final stage includes the combination of classroom studies and accounting internship to embrace a new accounting career. The Practical Applications gives you a great advantage over other candidates in the fierce accounting job era.

Eligibility:

• To be eligible for the SMIPA accounting programs you must have:
• Finished recognized accounting degree which offers at least 2 years of credit points
• The course must have been finished in a duration of 18 months
• Hold or apply for the Graduate Temporary Visa subclass 485 with a minimum validity of a year
• Demonstrate proficiency in English language with an overall score of 6.0 in IELTS with minimum 6.0 in all the skills or qualify equivalent English Language Test
• Supply evidence of the Migration Skills Assessment from a recognized accounting association

• Contributes 5 migration points to strengthen your eligibility for permanent residence in Australia
• Fulfil the Skill Assessment mandatory for Accounting graduates
